Listen up Toronto! 889 is bringing you Pilates Express classes. Get the same great Pilates class you’ve always loved, packed into just 45-minutes. This class is open to all levels and will focus on strengthening and toning the entire body. Props will be incorporated to challenge your balance, stability, and coordination. Pilates Express is for students who want to improve their level of fitness while challenging their mind-body connection. Kick things up a notch with this effective and efficient workout and still get to work on time! Join us Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings for Pilates Express.

We recommend attending Pilates all levels classes for at least 6 months prior to attending Pilates Express.
