We are excited to bring to you Pilates Level 2 classes at 889!

This class will include all the exercises you love but will include more variety, challenge and advanced use of props. Pilates Level 2 is for someone who has been attending our all levels Pilates class for at least 6 months and is looking for more. You will have the opportunity to push your strength, stamina, balance and coordination beyond what you are used to for added results and optimal movement of the body. This class is high energy, set to upbeat music, and you are guaranteed to break a sweat. Learn what your body is capable of in this uplifting and fun Pilates class!
