Toronto Moms! Join us for a Postnatal Yoga class designed to recondition the muscles challenged by pregnancy and childbirth. No previous yoga experience is required. Bring your babies along or come on your own! Strengthen and restore your body and mind with other new moms and babies in this gentle, flowing, yoga practice. Strengthen abdominal muscles and release tension in the hips, shoulders and upper back. This Postnatal Yoga experience is the perfect balance of community, laughter, relaxation, and getting sweaty.
