We welcome pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy to this class. No previous pilates experience is required. In this class, a special focus will be placed on strengthening the pelvic floor. Deep breathing techniques will be practiced to help lengthen, tone and strengthen your muscles in preparation for delivery.
