VINYASA 1

Foundational. A slower flow. Attention to alignment. Your body will move in a progressive, safe rhythm, and don’t worry, you will get your flow on. Expect to sweat. Accommodates those newer to Yoga, or returning after a hiatus. 


VINYASA ALL

Designed for all Vinyasa Flow students. Teachers artfully offer progressive levels depending on your practice (or just on your day). Expect alignment awareness, high-energy flow, and a mindful cool-down and stretch to nourish the cells in your body and your brain.


VINYASA 2/3

A deep and challenging flow for committed yoga students. Expect and enjoy intense sun salutations, arm balances, and inversions. Our promise is that your top will be sweaty, your heart will be amp’d and you will be jammin’ in your flow.


STRESS MELT FLOW

Feel ease in your body, and stillness in your mind. Release your tension, and re-direct your energy towards self-LOVE and peace.  You get to enjoy a sweet Vinyasa Flow in this class and a deep surrender in our favourite yin and restorative shapes.


CORE POWER FLOW

Strengthen your body. Amplify your heart. Channel your energy into the flow that will make you stronger, leaner, and laser focused. Expect vigorous movement and an elevated mind-space.


NEW TO YOGA? 

Join us for our YOGA BASICS CLASS

We offer a weekly class every Saturday called YOGA BASICS. Yoga Basics is a Yoga Beginners class. The benefits of practicing Yoga include stress-relief, physical and emotional healing, improved digestion, and general awareness in your daily life. During this introductory experience, you will learn the fundamental poses of Yoga, asana (physical postures) and breathwork, all while working towards practicing full sequencing. You will get all the tools you need to participate safely and injury free in an 889 Vinyasa class.
