Vinyasa Flow ? is a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga practice that builds from our Vinyasa Flow 1 class, exploring more advanced variations of arm balances and inversions. If you have been practicing a minimum of 6 months and are looking to deepen, this is THE class for someone wanting to push their practice to the next level. You will be guided through advanced sequences, incorporating arm balances and inversions. This class is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 students, ensuring a safe and intimate practice. This class will challenge the body and mind to push beyond their limits. In Vinyasa Flow Yoga ? you will step outside of your comfort zone, and leave feeling more connected and open. Join us to cultivate your inner strength, explore your edges, and of course, have fun!

We recommend 6 months of practice in a Vinyasa Flow ALL class prior to attending Vinyasa Flow 2/3.
