CLASS SIGN-UP FAQ
Avoid disappointment and sign up for classes ahead of time! Our classes often reach their comfortable capacity. You can sign up ahead of time up to 15 minutes before class start time using our online system or our mobile App.
• HOW DO I REGISTER FOR CLASSES ONLINE?
Click the “Sign-Up” link next to the class you would like to attend.
Login to our online system (a new window will open called mindbodyonline). If you have never logged into this system before, you will need to create an account under “new to our site?”
If you have a CURRENT 40 Day Welcome Experience (one-time purchase), a Package or a Membership already, we have you on file! Enter your name under “”Been here before?” and simply follow the prompts to access your online 889 account. When the system finds you, click on “this is me!” and you will be asked to verify your identity with a few questions. Make sure to note your login for future
In order to sign up for a class online, you must first make a purchase to reserve your space in a class. If you do not have a package or membership, you will need to buy a drop-in in advance of your visit. You will be guided to do this when you click on “sign up” beside the class you want to come to.
2. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FREE 889 APP?
You will need to follow step one online to get a login and password with 889 in order to be able to register for classes on the 889 APP.
3. HOW CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
Login to your account here.
• Use your login to access your account
• Click on MY INFO and MY SCHEDULE
• Click on early cancel or late cancel
Once you have reserved a spot online for class, you may cancel up to THREE HOURS prior to the start time of class without penalty. All unused classes are returned to your account for future use. If you see LATE CANCEL as the only option to cancel out of class, then you are past the three hour timeline to cancel and you will regrettably lose the class. There are no refunds for any payments made so please CHOOSE your classes carefully. If you see EARLY CANCEL and click it, it means you are within cancellation window, you will be removed from the class and will not lose the class.
• SHOULD I PUT MY NAME ON THE WAITLIST?
We encourage you to add yourself to the waitlist online if a class is full. People do cancel out of classes they have pre-registered for. If someone cancels, you will automatically be added to the class and will be alerted by email that you got in. This can happen up to 3 hours prior to a class start time. There is no penalty for cancelling off the wait list at any time before class starts. We also recommend showing up for a class on which you are waitlisted as someone may not show up and you can get in! REMEMBER TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM THE WAITLIST IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND! IT WILL ALLOW SOMEONE ELSE TO HAVE THAT SPOT!
5. HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
The waitlist is ONLY used to add people to class 3 hours or more ahead of class. 3 hours before class start time, our Guest Happiness Team will clear the wait list and standbys will be permitted into class if space is available.
6. Do I have to cancel off the waitlist if I cannot attend the class?
If you cannot attend a class that you are waitlisted for, please cancel yourself out of the class three or more hours before the start of the class. The online waitlist is only in effect up until three hours prior to class. At that time the online waitlist is cleared and standbys who are in the studio will be given spots in the class.
7. Can I still drop-in for a class?
YES! We are happy to welcome you to drop in for a class. We encourage you to sign up online ahead of time though because we cannot guarantee a spot for you if you decide to register when you arrive – the class may already be full. You must purchase a package, membership or drop-inif you want to register for a class ahead of time. We do not allow registration ahead of time without payment.
