I’m delighted to be teaching most of the lovely Nicky’s Saturday 10am Prenatal Yoga classes while she is away in the upcoming summer weeks. (You can find schedule details on the 889 website).
Joining me is my 5-and-a-half month babe in utero - my sweet Lentil. What a privilege it is for me to teach Prenatal Yoga right now!
Attending yoga classes with a group of women moving through the same life experience (each in their own incredibly unique way) has been one of the biggest blessings for me during the last five months. It has completely saved me during this incredible but tumultuous time. I’ve found a deeper connection to my baby, a way to stay tapped in to my continually changing body, a feeling of being seen and heard and understood, and a window of time each week to simply cherish this miraculous state.
Join me and Lentil in the coming weeks! I look forward to sharing this precious space with you and your own wee babe in his or her watery world.

Madelaine, I am beyond happy that you are teaching the Pre-Natal class over the summer for me. Mamas, you are in for such a treat!

Oh my! an awesome article dude. Thanks However I am experiencing trouble with ur rss . Don’t know why I am not able to subscribe it. Perhaps there is another person getting similar rss feed problems? Anyone who can help kindly reply. Thanks alot : )
