The yoga practice allows you to promote awareness of the body, boosting your physical, mental, and emotional aspects. That said, below are the three yogic poses that can balance the crown chakra back.

1. Warrior I Pose (Virabhadrasana)

Put your one foot forward and the other one at the back at a 45-degree angle. Make sure your feet are hip apart, like train tracks. Straight your hips by bringing your back hip forward while your front hip back.

Remember to keep your back heel flat on the ground at a 45-degree angle, gently pin that back foot onto the floor and make your leg tight to strengthen your foundation. Do five breathwork of your choice and repeat on the other side.

2. High Lunge Pose (Utthita Ashwa Sanchalanasana)

This pose is your best choice to make sure the energy system freely runs from the crown down the root. Breathe in and extend your front leg and draw your palms to your heart. As you breathe out, slightly twist your front knee and put your hands on the floor. Repeat this pose five times and do it on the other side.

3. Lateral Side Bend Pose

The Sahasrara chakra should be freed from blockages so the energy from above can travel down to the spine. So standing yoga pose such as this is perfect for that goal. Stand straight as your toes are touching and heels apart. Breathe in as you move your arms above you, and breathe out as you drop your left arm.

At this point, grab your right arm using your left and concentrate on kicking your right hip out while keeping your ribs folded. Breathe in as you raise both your arms above, and breathe out to switch sides. Repeat this pose five times.
